My Journey
I’ve tried many sports but I didn’t really connect with any of them. I was searching for something that would keep me hooked for the rest of my life, and for me it had to have a deeper meaning. In 2020, I discovered the Ashtanga yoga practice at the Tartu Ashtanga Yoga School, and it’s been an important part of my life ever since.
It demands the mind and the body, all while teaching how to relax into the difficult. It made me really curious about myself. To study my limits and fears. These learnings have helped me in all my life’s aspects.
In January 2026, Lino Miele approached me in India and said that it is time for me to share my findings with other practitioners. I take this assignment with joy, care, and honour. My teaching vibe is trusting, caring, and certain.
My Philosophy
For me, the Ashtanga yoga practice is a method to balance out my life. It looks like a practice for the body, but it’s actually a great practice for the mind. It will meet you in whatever state you’re in. Always with tenderness.
